NANNING, CHINA, September 10-13, 2021 - MGI showcased a series of innovative platforms at the 18th China-ASEAN Expo on Sep.10th in Nanning, China. MGI exhibited multiple platforms including:
MGISP-960 High-throughput Automated Sample Preparation System, an efficient and widely used automated sample preparation system.
MGISTP-7000 High-throughput Automated Sample Transfer Processing System to greatly improve nucleic acid testing capability.
MGISP-NE384 High-throughput Automated Nucleic Acid Extractor.
DNBSEQ-G50, a compact and flexible benchtop genetic sequencer.
MGI's proprietary platforms and technologies made a successful appearance at the 18th China-ASEAN Expo and attracted great attention from the mainstream Chinese media, including China National Radio (CNR) and Chinanews. "We are committed to upgrading our innovative platforms to standardize diagnostic testing labs with higher data capacity and automation for large-scale nucleic acid detection." MGI automation systems can automatically complete barcode identification, tube decapping, liquid transfer and tube recapping to simplify the most labor-intensive and time-consuming procedures in the testing laboratories. MGISTP-7000 high-throughput automated sample preparation system can process 6000 samples a day. MGISP-NE384 high-throughput automated nucleic acid extractor utilizes the magnetic rod technology, and one single unit can process 10,000 samples per day. MGISP-960 high-throughput automated sample preparation system is a flexible, fully automated workstation with 96-channel pipette and can process 192 samples in 80 minutes to accommodate different testing needs of healthcare authorities. One lab technician can operate 3 instruments at the same time in a safe working environment.
