MGIEasy Circulating DNA Extraction Mini & Max Kits use superparamagnetic particle purification technology to extract high-purity cfDNA from plasma, serum, and urine without the need for toxic phenol chloroform. The kits are compatible with MGISP-960, MGISP-100 and MGISP-NEX automated extractors and the extracted DNA can be used for PCR, RT qPCR and sequencing, etc. And the kits can be applied to non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) and liquid biopsy for tumor analysis.

MGIEasy Microbiome DNA&RNA Extraction Kit can be used to extract DNA and RNA of microbiome such as bacteria (including G+ and G - bacteria), fungi, mycoplasma, DNA or RNA viruses from blood (including whole blood, serum, plasma), sterile body fluids (including urine, sputum, cerebrospinal fluid, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid), swabs (including pharynx, mouth, nose), stool, tissues and other samples. Simultaneously equipped with MGIEasy Host DNA Depletion Kit (optional), it can effectively remove host nucleic acids from swabs and body fluid (saliva, blood, etc.) samples.
