DNBSEQ-E25RS High-throughput Sequencing Set is specifically designed for DNA or RNA sequencing on DNBSEQ-E25RS/ARS. This sequencing set is intended to be used for small genome sequencing, metagenomic sequencing, targeted sequencing and other research applications, but cannot be used for clinical diagnoses.

MGI's Stereo-seq Visualization Reagent Set utilizes cPAS and DNBSEQ™ technologies for STOmics libraries. Combined with the Stereo-seq library preparation process and based on the Stereo-seq Visualization Reagent Set, both DNBSEQ-T7RS and DNBSEQ-G400RS sequencing platforms can provide excellent sequencing performance for Stereo-seq OMNI FFPE Chip N library, empowering Spatio-temporal Omics research.

FluoXpert mIF set is specifically designed for multiplex immunofluorescence mode of DNBSEQ-G400RS FluoXpert. This mIF set includes FluoXpert staining flow cells, fluorescent secondary antibodies, autofluorescence quenching reagent, nucleus dye and basical buffers. It is compatible with commercially available primary antibodies without the need of conjugation.

DNBSEQ-T1+RS High-throughput Sequencing Reagent Set is developed based on MGI's core DNBSEQ™ sequencing technology. Novel designed reagent cartridge applies to the sequencing sets. Supporting oncology panel, WGS, WES, WGBS, multi-omics sequencing and other applications. By adopting the DNBSEQ™ technology with the innovative StandardMPS 2.0 sequencing reagents, DNBSEQ-T1+ can support the output of Q40 data.
