DNBSEQ-G99 High-throughput Sequencing Set

DNBSEQ-G99 High-throughput Sequencing Set is developed based on MGI's core DNBSEQTM  sequencing technology. Novel designed reagent cartridge applies to the sequencing sets. Supporting oncology panel, exome, small genome sequencing and other applications. By adopting the DNBSEQTM technology with the innovative StandardMPS 2.0 sequencing reagents, this upgrade delivers an impressive proportion of 85% or higher for base quality scores reaching or exceeding Q40 during the sequencing process.

* The effective reads value is obtained according to the operation of a specific standard library, and the actual application library will fluctuate according to the sample type and library construction method.

** The percentage of bases above Q30 and the running time are averaged over the entire run for a particular standard library. The practical application performance is affected by sample type, library quality, insert length and other factors.
*** Only StandardMPS 2.0 (SM 2.0) reagents support the generation of Q40 data.

**** The existing kit supports SE50 and PE100 reads, and the instrument does not have SE50 and PE100 sequencing modes.
***** The sequencing time is the statistical duration for single flow cell sequencing and dual flow cell simultaneous sequencing.
