MegaBOLT bioinformatics analysis accelerator (hereinafter called MegaBOLT) is an MGI self-developed and MPS-concentrated hardware accelerating system for bioinformatics analysis. ZBOLT Pro/ZBOLT/MegaBOLT supports the analysis of Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS), Whole Exome Sequencing (WES), and Panel Sequencing on Germline or Somatic data. It is up to 300 times faster than the classical algorithm.MegaBOLT products include the workstation and rack server, which can be applied to various scenarios of all scales.

The ZTRON Appliance is a data platform which is designed by MGI for the high-throughput sequencers. It integrates laboratory information management system (LIMS), bioinformatics accelerator and high-performance genetic data storage.
