MGIEasy rRNA Depletion Kit V1.3 can efficiently deplete rRNA from human, mouse and rat total RNA in 10 ng~1 μg. The resulting mRNA and other noncoding RNA are suitable for downstream RNA analysis applications. This kit is compatible with both intact and degraded RNA (e.g. FFPE RNA). The library prepared by using this kit with RNA Library Prep Kit (e.g.MGIEasy Fast RNA Library Prep Set) is suitable for transcriptome or non-coding RNA research applications.
