MGIEasy Exome Universal Library Prep Set
MGIEasy Exome Universal Library Prep Set aims to prepare libraries with human gDNA. DNA is fragmented by Covaris, followed by the steps of adaptor ligation at both ends and PCR amplification. The amplified PCR product can be used for exome capture with MGIEasy Exome Capture V4/V5 Probe Set or other commercialized probes.
