Beijing, China, October 27, 2022 – MGI's Beijing Customer Experience Center (CEC) in North China was officially launched in Beijing. Focused on "storage, reading, computing and use", the CEC dedicated to offering local researchers and users the unique access to cutting-edge technology portfolio including DNBSEQ™ sequencing platform, laboratory automation systems and bioinformation management products. The CEC acts as a centralized customer support center to provide first-hand experience of MGI's proprietary technology platforms, application development, troubleshooting, technology trials and assessment, validation or proof-of-concept programs, seminars, technical training, and other technical support for MGI platform users in the region.

Spanning over 160 square meters, MGI Beijing CEC is equipped with MGI's latest product portfolio, including sequencers such as DNBSEQ-G400* and DNBSEQ-G50*, as well as automation systems including MGISP-NE384, MGISP-NE32, MGISP-100, MGISP-960 and its new business products.

Notably, Beijing CEC continues to roll out the latest sequencer DNBSEQ-G99*, the new-generation miniaturized genetic sequencer DNBSEQ-E25* and the digital sample preparation system DNBelab-D4, to provide local users with priority to experience new products and technologies.

In the future, MGI CEC Beijing will also be equipped with MGI's latest product Smart Lab System, an unmanned comprehensive digital lab system that enables self-growth, self-perception, self-decision-making and self-execution. It conducts digital management and monitoring of environmental factors from sample to data, aiming to achieve holistic quality management in a standardized, modular, automated, information-driven, and intelligent approach, and, as a result, contributing to building a full-automated library-preparation and intelligent environment monitoring system.
